There will be numerous general camp events that guests will have the opportunity to participate in, including bb-guns, archery, bounce houses, pumpkin carving contests, Nature Events, and handicrafts just to name a few..
All meals will be provided by and prepared by the participants in their campsites.
A Camp Fire will be held Saturday Evening and all Dens are expected to participate.
Come out, participate in, and witness the true spirit of scouting; Scouts teaching Scouts and all that Pipsico has to offer in a fun filled outdoor adventure packed fall weekend at “Camptoberfest”!
Guests will also be able to relax on the hay rides; and enjoy excellent fall camping weather. Don’t forget to enter one of the many other food cook-offs! Concessions will be served, and the camp Trading Post will be open!!
No food will be provided this weekend. Campers have the benefit of creating a thrilling menu of steak and crab legs, or keeping it simple. Regardless, be prepared to clean-up what you bring. Water is available in all sites, and dumpsters are located at the entrance to camp for any waste. Please check the program schedule when planning your meals to ensure you have enough time to prepare, eat, and tidy up.
